We provide farm-specific record keeping programs which reflect real farm data (what actually happened) complemented by FCS Insights (data analysis and on-farm expertise) to enhance your real-world farm decisions.
FCS visits the farm as many times as it takes to understand your farm, how you operate, and what you need to be economically sustainable long into the future.
For CAFO’s we offer monthly or quarterly on-site support to help farmers stay on track with the various record requirements.
We continue to partner with Logiag for record keeping support software (Record+) which is used to maintain records for all farm CAFO CNMP and annual reporting requirement inputs. In addition, we offer support services for our clients that utilize more powerful Precision Agriculture software tools that integrate precision ag data and equipment across various geo-spacial references of the farm acreage.
There is no way of doing long-term agronomic planning without good records and analysis of farm records.
We provide our clients with several options for record-keeping, and at various levels of management, to help them make strategic, critical, data-informed decisions on the farm.
Since its foundation, farmers have placed their confidence in FCS for the preparation of their CNMP, NMP, and CAFO permits.

David Weber
OWNER / DIRECTOR
David has been the owner and director of Farm Compliance Services since 2015 and has spent the last 15+ years working in the agricultural sector. After earning a master's degree in Plant and Soil Science (UVM-2006), Dave spent time as an environmental regulator working with dairy farms in New England. That led Dave to FCS, where he spent a decade working as the firm‘s lead agronomist and CAFO permit specialist.

Paul Murphy

Paul Murphy has worked for over 40 years in the agricultural industry. He began his career as an Ag custom applicator, later as a territory manager in Ohio for an international ag chemical manufacturer, and then as a territory manager in NY for a national seed company. Since 2007 Paul has worked for FCS providing agronomic and nutrient management planning services to over 35 Farms in New York State annually. Over his time with FCS, Paul has helped the company grow in its mission to improve real-farm data based agronomic decision-making processes that can directly improve long-term environmental indicators throughout the farm.

Matt Kittredge
NE DIRECTOR / CCA, TSP, NY AEM CERTIFIED PLANNER
Matt brings 20+ years of expertise in agriculture andenvironmental compliance to FCS. He has worked in theprivate, public, and non-profit sectors (includingconservation districts, state agencies, and consultingfirms) throughout the Northeastern US and in Europe. He began his career analyzing nutrient management efficiency for dairy farms in Northwest Connecticut. Matt was one of the first TSPs certified for nutrient management planning, and he developed agriculture policy and regulations in Vermont. Matt also worked on the development of the first Carbon Trust certified carbon foot-printing models for agriculture in Europe while living in England.
In NY and VT, Matt joyfully provides data-driven solution-oriented NMP/CNMP services to FCS clients.

Josh is a MI State certified Technical Service Provider(TSP) with more than 10 years of conservation planning experience. Josh has an extensive background and technical expertise in conservation planning and design. He has enjoyed working with dozens of hardworking Michigan farms to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. Josh has lived and worked in many regions of Michigan. He earned a degree from Northern Michigan University specializing in environmental conservation and water quality. Josh is a proud Michigander and relishes spending free time outdoors. When Josh is not working on a farm you can find him enjoying Michigan’s beautiful woods and waters.

Andrew Schuyler
NY PLANNER, CCA / DRONE MAPPING & GIS SPECIALIST
Andrew comes to FCS as a certified FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Licensee with a strong background in geological and bio sciences. Andrew leads FCS's project of updating farm facility maps with current drone imagery.
Andrew works to enhance services for our clients interested in seeing some of the fascinating and insight-driving data we can now capture with the use of drone technology. He earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo in Geology, with a minor in Geography/GIS. He is experienced with UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems – drones) and their commercial applications in several fields, with agriculture as a primary focus. Andrew is an FAA-licensed remote pilot and would be happy to discuss how this new and growing technology can be used to improve your farm and business.

Outside the office, Connor is an avid rock climber and outdoorsman, a passion that reflects his dedication to reaching new heights and exploring the uncharted. This love for adventure and the natural world is a testament to his belief in pushing boundaries and striving for excellence.

Ryan is a CCA, TSP, certified AEM planner in NY, and certified to develop PA ACT 38 NMPs. He has worked in the Agricultural field for over 17 years helping farms all over NY with some work in PA. Ryan works with roughly 30CAFO farms annually in NY since2010. He has developed over 100NMPs/CNMPs for the NRCS, SWCD, and DAP.
Ryan enjoys working with farms, helping them stay compliant with State and Federal regulations and grow crops more efficiently.

NE JUNIOR PLANNER
Megan has worked in agriculture for over six years, starting at her local county’s Soil and Water Conservation District. In this role, she supported farmers by writing grants, secure funding and bridging financial gaps to enable the planning and implementation of Agricultural Best Management Practices. She has also contributed to a range of conservation programs, providing technical assistance to help protect and maintain natural resources.
At FCS, Megan leads the soil sampling program for the Northeast and supports the development of NMPs and CNMPs. Her role also involves data management and sustainability/efficiency initiatives through consulting projects within FCS. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and in nature, which continues to inspire her interest in the field and the responsibility it involves.

Her expertise spans federal and state regulations, NRCS cost-share programs, and local grant opportunities—tools she deftly employs to support sustainable agriculture initiatives.
Rooted in a lifetime immersed in agriculture and armed with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from SUNY Plattsburgh, Brittany blends academic insight with hands-on experience. Her work reflects a genuine passion for promoting agricultural practices that harmonize with healthy ecosystems. As she continues to grow her impact in the agricultural sector, Brittany remains committed to cultivating innovation, supporting local producers, and nurturing a resilient relationship between land and community.
